Work Safety at ISS

Indet Safety Systems is a company with extremly high occupational hazard due to the pyrotechnical production. The hazards are treated in work instructions containing rules and concrete directions to ensure safe work in the pyro workplaces. Occupational safety is also reflected in the technological pricedures.

As per law, all employees are regularly, properly and demonstrably trained in BOZP (Safety and Health Protection at Work) and PO (Fire Protection) and their knowledge is assessed by means of an interview, written or field test.

Each workshop is equipped with first-help aides for cases of accidents, sudden illnesses or poisonings in the scope defined by the relevant valid regulations, with necessary number of fire extinguishers and fire alarms. Directions for emercy reporting during development, production validation, mass-production, processing, testing and storing of explosives, explosive objects and during other activities of non-pyrotechnic character are located close to telephones and on suspicious places.

Values of risk factors are regularly measured in order to eliminate or minimize them.
