On 1st January 2011 INDET SAFETY SYSTEMS a.s. (ISS) and Nippon Kayaku CZ, s.r.o. (NKCZ) merged. The surviving company is INDET SAFETY SYSTEMS a.s., NKCZ ceased to exist.

In October 2009 the company is successfully recertified by LRQA company (Lloyd´s Register Quality Assurance Limited) in ISO/TS 16949:2009 standards.

In February 2008 the company changes the official address to Bobrky 462, Vsetin.

In September 2007 company headquarters and storages moved to Bobrky, Vsetin.

In April 2004 the shareholder structure was changed to the current status: the company is 100% owned by corporation Nippon Kayaku.

In February 2000 the shareholder structure was changed. The company was 100% owned by Japanese corporations of Nippon Kayaku and Nichimen.

1999

01/1999

In January 1999, Japanese investors Nippon Kayaku and Nichimen entered into the company (joint venture of Nippon Kayaku, Nichimen and ZV Indet). Operations were started by serial production of Plastic Squibs.

The company was founded in March 1997.
